Return Policy

Order Cancellation
An order remains cancellable before it has been shipped or moved into production.
If approval is granted before dispatch, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment channel.
Orders that have already left for delivery cannot be cancelled.

Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
A return can be accepted only when the following requirements are satisfied:

The item must be unused and kept in its original state.
All original packaging must be returned together with the product.
A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase must be included.

Please do not ship the item back before contacting customer service. Return directions must be provided and followed before the return is sent.
Customers will be charged no more than one shipping fee in total, including original delivery and return shipment when applicable.
No restocking charge will be applied to returned products.

Refunds
After the returned item arrives and has been inspected, you will receive an email confirming the return review.
You will be informed whether the refund has been accepted or declined.
Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method, generally within several business days depending on the payment processor.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not posted yet:

Check your bank account once more.
Contact the card issuer, as the refund may take several days to appear.
Speak with your bank, because processing periods may vary.

Return Shipping
Once the return is approved, instructions for sending the item back will be provided.
When a return is requested for customer-related reasons, the customer may need to pay the return shipping fee.
When the return is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item, return shipping will be covered.
